Gift Card FAQ
HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS
Gift card orders during the holidays can be delayed due to volume. Please read carefully through the information below to ensure you choose an option that will still arrive in time when selecting your Shipping Method.
Expect 2 business days for processing of the order. Keep in mind that orders are not processed on weekends. Orders received after 4 am PST on Friday will not be processed until Monday morning.
US Postal First Class: 8–12 days
UPS/FedEx Ground: 3–7 days
UPS/FedEx – 3 Day: 3–4 days
UPS/FedEx – 2 Day: 2–3 days
UPS Next Day Air/FedEx Standard Overnight: 1–2 days
eGift Card orders will be delivered within 5 minutes of an order. However, email carriers and other issues can delay your order. If the eGift Card is not received within 4 hours of purchase, please call Jamba Juice Guest Services 866-4R-FRUIT.
Yes, if the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us at Jamba Juice Guest Services 866-4R-FRUIT.
Credit card information is destroyed upon order completion. Please be advised that we do not sell, re-use, or distribute your personal information.
A:If you chose an expedited shipping method of Next Day Delivery or 2 Business Day Delivery, orders placed prior to 4:00am PST are typically fulfilled the same business day (Monday-Friday). All FedEx orders placed after 4:00am PST will be fulfilled the following business day. Orders placed with USPS First Class Mail as the shipping method are fulfilled and shipped within 4 business days. PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to 12 business days to receive orders via USPS once they are shipped.
We cannot update shipping addresses for orders that have shipped via FedEx/UPS and have left the fulfillment facility. Please contact your local FedEx/UPS office for possible pick-up options. If you are unable to claim the package at your local FedEx/UPS office, the order will be returned to the fulfillment center and forwarded to the updated address.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
You will receive an email that contains a link to your eGift Card. When you receive this email, click the link to view the eGift Card. You can either print the eGift Card from your computer or use it directly from your mobile phone.
The eGift Card you receive may be used at any store location which accepts Jamba Juice Gift Cards.
Print the card, and present at any Jamba Juice location.
If you have lost your card, and the value still remains on that card, please contact support at Jamba Juice Guest Services 866-4R-FRUIT and we will reissue the card. If the card no longer contains value, and you feel that this was fraudulent in nature, an investigation will be conducted. Resolution may require that the customer sign an affidavit with a notary public relative to the missing product. To begin an investigation into such an issue, please contact support.
Yes, simply have the card sent directly to the recipients email at the time of purchase or you can regift the eGift Card to them after you send it to yourself. Additionally, you can print the eGift Card and hand it to the recipient.
No, if you choose to print the eGift Card then any standard printer will work and any Jamba Juice location will accept the eGift Card if it is printed without color.
No, there is no expiration date on your eGift Cards.
