To access a printable copy of our Memorandum of Insurance (MOI) simply access the Marsh Risk & Insurance Services website.
Jamba Juice Company's insurance contract extends the policy to all landlords of Jamba Juice Company and names them as additional insured. Coverage becomes effective concurrently with the execution of the lease and is terminated automatically at lease expiration. If the lease is executed in the name of Jamba Juice Company this MOI applies. If the lease is executed to another entity (franchise) this MOI does not apply and the franchise location should be contacted directly.
